Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized and require photos of the item and packaging for approval. We offer a 10-day return window from the date of purchase or delivery. Items must be in like-new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. We do not issue cash refunds—only a one-time exchange or store credit. A restocking fee may apply. Items showing any use, wear, or damage are not eligible. Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense. Special or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once placed. Any item not regularly stocked may be treated as a special order. Repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty for defects in workmanship only. This does not include normal wear parts (belts, filters, brush rolls, bags), clogs, negligence, misuse, or deliberate damage. If a product arrives defective or damaged, it must be reported with photos within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend tracked and insured shipping. Items damaged in transit without proper coverage will be the customer’s responsibility for repair or replacement, at Fremont Sweeper Center’s discretion. This policy does not override any rights provided by state law.
